    Fruit - Fruit Cup

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 ripe peeled/seeded papaya, cut into chunks, (4 ounces)
    1/6 ripe peeled/cored pineapple, cut into cubes (4 ounces)
    1/2 ripe peeled/seeded mango, cut into chunks (3 ounces)
    1 tablespoon orange flavored liqueur
    1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
    1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges

    Recipe

    Combine the fruit together in a serving bowl.
    Pour the liqueur and lime juice over the fruit.
    Toss lightly to coat.
    Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 6 hours.
    Serve garnished with lime wedges.
    Makes 4 servings.
