    List of Ingredients

    for the salad:
    2 peeled kiwi, cut in 1/4 inch slices
    1 peeled banana, cut in 1/2 inch slices
    1 cup washed, cleand + sliced strawberries
    1 peeled orange, section separated

    for the dip:
    1 cup non fat, sugar free vanilla yogurt
    2 tablespoons freshly minced mint leaves
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Recipe

    for the dip:
    1 cup non fat, sugar free vanilla yogurt
    2 tablespoons freshly minced mint leaves
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    for the salad:
    Place the dip in the center of a serving platter.
    Arrange the fruits around the dip.
    Makes 4 servings.
