    Grilled - Garlic + Wine Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. fresh minced parsley
    6 minced cloves garlic
    4 chopped green onions
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    4 lbs. chicken pieces

    Recipe

    Put the chicken pieces in a large, heavy duty zip lock type bag. Set aside.
    Stir together the wine, butter, parsley, garlic, onions, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
    Pour the spice mixture into the plastic bag with the chicken.
    Seal and chill for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
    Light one side of your grill.
    Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the lit side of your grill.
    Boil the marinade for about 10 - 15 minutes.
    Cook chicken pieces for 5 minutes on each side with the lid closed.
    Then move the chicken to the cool side of the grill, cover and continue grilling for 45 minutes. Turn and baste often with the boiled marinade.
    Makes 4 servings.
