    Cake - Low Fat Chocolate Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 cup pourable sugar substitute
    1/2 cup powdered baking cocoa
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1/2 level teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 egg whites
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    2 teaspoons powdered confectioners sugar

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350.
    Coat a 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
    Combine flour, sugar substitute, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
    In another bowl, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup together. Then stir into dry the ingredients.
    Pour into baking pan and bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
    Dust with confectioners' sugar.
    Makes 12 servings
