    BreadMuffin - Mozzarella Pepperoni Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1 1lb. loaf French bread
    3 tbsp. melted butter
    3oz. sliced turkey pepperoni
    1 1/2 c. shredded part skim mozzarella cheese, (6oz.)
    1 tbsp. dried parsley or 3 tbsp. minced fresh

    Recipe

    Mozzarella Pepperoni Bread

    1 1lb. loaf French bread
    3 tbsp. melted butter
    3oz. sliced turkey pepperoni
    1 1/2 c. shredded part skim mozzarella cheese, (6oz.)
    1 tbsp. dried parsley or 3 tbsp. minced fresh

    Preheat oven to 350. Need an ungreased baking sheet.
    Cut bread in half lengthwise, so you have a top and a bottom.
    Brush butter on both cut sides of bread.
    Arrange pepperoni on bottom section.
    Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
    Replace top and cut bread into (approximately 24)
    1" slices, leaving slices just attached on the bottom layer.
    Carefully place on baking sheet and bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 24 one slice servings.
