    Dessert - Pumpkin Pudding Custard

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup 2% (percent) evaporated milk
    1 cup canned solid pack pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
    2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 tseaspoon ground ginger
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    Using a blender/food processor, add the milk, pumpkin,
    sugar, egg and spices and blend well.
    Pour into 6 small baking custard cups.
    Place cups in a pan with water in it to come 1/2 way
    up the sides of the cups. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes,
    until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Makes 6 servings.
