    Ethnic - Quick Baja Pizza

    Recipe Introduction

    If you take the shrimp out, it will decrease the cholesterol by a great deal.

    List of Ingredients

    1 baked cheese pizza crust
    1 c. pizza sauce
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
    1 sliced red onion
    1 c. finely sliced red bell pepper
    1 c. shredded fat free mozzarella cheese

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 450.
    Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza crust.
    Arrange the shrimp, onion and peppers over top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
