    Dessert - Rich Chocolate Mousse

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 ounce packet unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. Dutch processed cocoa, or unsweetened
    1/3 c. sugar substitute
    2 c. frozen light whipped topping, thawed, (16oz.)

    Recipe

    Use a small saucepan to mix the gelatin and water together.
    Let set for 2 - 3 minutes.
    Use a low heat to cook until the gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly.
    Let cool.
    Use a medium bowl to stir 1/4 c. of the milk into the cocoa to make a paste.
    Then gradually stir in the remaining milk.
    Stir in the gelatin mixture and the sugar substitute.
    Refrigerate until the mixture begins to thicken, about 20 - 30 minutes.
    Then fold in the whipped topping.
    Refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours.
    May be served in
