    Fish - Salmon Muffins + Herb Cheese

    List of Ingredients

    3 ounces softened cream cheese
    1/4 c. fresh minced green onion
    1 tbsp. dried parsley, or 1/4 c. freshly minced
    1 tbsp. dried dill or 1/4 c. freshly chopped
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 English muffins, split and toasted
    4 slices lox or smoked salmon

    Recipe

    Combine the cream cheese, onion, parsley, dill and lemon juice together in a bowl.
    Spread on each of the muffin halves.
    Top with the salmon.
