    CandySweets - Semisweet Dipping Chocolate

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. non fat dry milk powder
    1/3 c. cocoa
    2 tbsp. paraffin wax
    1/2 c. water
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tbsp. Splenda or Sugar Twin sugar substitute

    Recipe

    Combine powdered milk, cocoa and paraffin wax in a blender/food processor.
    Blend to the consistency of a soft powder.
    Pour into top of double boiler and add the water, stirring to blend.
    Add oil and place over hot (not boiling) water.
    Cook and stir until wax pieces are completely dissolved and the mixture is thick, smooth and creamy.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sugar substitute and cool slightly.
    Dip candies according to recipe directions.
    Shake off excess chocolate.
    Place on very lightly greased waxed paper and allow to cool completely.
    Store in a cool place.
    Makes 1 cup.
