    Fish - Shrimp Spread

    List of Ingredients

    4 ounce softened light cream cheese
    1/4 cup light plain yogurt or sour cream
    2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
    1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, (not the creamed kind)
    hot pepper sauce to taste
    1, 4 ounce can small shrimp, rinsed and drained
    1 tablespoon minced green onion tops or chives

    Recipe

    Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
    Stir in yogurt, chili sauce, horseradish and hot sauce.
    Fold in shrimp and onions.
    Transfer to serving bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
