    Dessert - Strawberry Banana Dessert

    List of Ingredients

    1 16oz. plain angel food cake, cut into 1" cubes
    3 med. sliced firm bananas
    1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
    1 6oz. pkg. sugar free strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 8oz. carton reduced fat frozen whipped topping, thawed

    Recipe

    Coat a 13x9x2" dish with non stick cooking spray.
    Layer banana slices and cake pieces in dish.
    Place strawberries over cake and press down gently.
    In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in cold water.
    Carefully pour over strawberries.
    Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
    Frost with whipped topping.
    Makes 16 servings.
