    Dessert - Strawberry Banana Sorbet

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound frozen unsweetened strawberries
    2 ripe medium bananas
    1, 16 ounce container plain low fat yogurt
    1 tablespoon sugar substitute

    Recipe

    Place the strawberries and bananas in a blender/
    food processor and puree until smooth.
    Add the yogurt and sugar and mix until smooth.
    Spread into an 8 inch square pan and freeze for 2 - 3
    hours, until firm.
    Break the frozen spread into chunks.
    Place in a chilled bowl and, using the medium speed
    of an electric mixer, whip until fluffy.
    Place back into the pan. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
    Makes 10 servings.
