    DressingSalad - Tomato Salad with Basil

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs. thinly sliced tomatoes
    2 tbsp. dried basil, or 1/3 c. chopped fresh
    2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt, optional
    1/8 tsp. Splenda sugar substitute
    freshly ground pepper

    Recipe

    Place tomato slices in a circle on a serving plate.
    Sprinkle with the basil.
    Combine the vinegar, salt and the Splenda in a small cup and drizzle over the tomatoes.
    Grind pepper on top and serve at room temperature.
    Makes 4 servings.
