Fish - Tuna Steaks on Grill

List of Ingredients
2 tbsp. dry vermouth
1 tbsp. Olive oil
2 chopped green onions with tops
2 tsp. dried basil or 2 tbsp.freshly chopped
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or 2 tsp. freshly chopped
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tuna or halibut steaks, 3/4 - 1" thick,
...thawed if frozen, (1 lb. total)
1 lemon or lime, cut in wedges
Recipe
Coat cooking grid or broiler pan with cooking spray.
Combine the vermouth, oil, onions, basil, garlic, marjoram,
pepper flakes and salt into a marinade.
Pour over the fish.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours.
Preheat grill or broiler.
Grill, covered, over medium coals, or broil 6 inches from
the heat for about 4 minutes per side, or until the fish
is firm and opaque.
Baste 2 times with the marinade during cooking time.
Do not overcook, or the fish will be tough and dry.
Serve with wedges.
