    Casserole - Turkey Broccoli Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    2 10oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. coarsely diced cooked turkey, (12oz.)
    1 10 1/2oz. can reduced fat condensed cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. fat free milk
    1/2 c. shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese, (2oz.)

    Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 375. Coat a large shallow baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
    Cook the broccoli according to the package directions.
    Arrange the broccoli in the bottom of the baking dish.
    Spread the turkey on top.
    Use a medium bowl to combine the soup with the milk and mix until smooth.
    Pour the soup mixture over the turkey.
    Top with the shredded cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
