    dessert - Banana Ice Cream

    4 frozen ripe bananas, peeled + cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 - 3 tablespoons milk, or apple or orange juice
    Only 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, (if you use more, it will be
    ...too strong and taste bitter)

    Place the frozen bananas in a blender.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and blend to
    ice cream consistency. Add more liquid if needed.
    Serve in a bowl immediately as it melts very quickly.

    Note:
    If you freeze the bananas flat and separated, they
    will not wind up in a big clump/mass. If you find that
    you like this, keep a couple of bags of frozen bananas
    on hand as you can make this in just a few minutes.
