    SpreadTopping - Barbeque Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 small minced onion
    2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt, optional
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves

    Recipe

    Combine all ingrediencs in a saucepan.
    Bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Marinate fatless, skinless meat pieces in 1 cup of the barbecue sauce for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
    Makes enough sauce for 4 - 8 pieces of meat, depending on the meat's size.
    This is enough to coat 4 large chicken breasts, or 4 thighs plus 4 legs.
