    PiePastry - Blueberry Crumble

    List of Ingredients

    2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 tbsp. sugar substitute
    1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
    2 c. fresh blueberries

    Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 350. Coat an 8" round baking dish with butter flavored non stick cooking spray.
    Use a small bowl to combine the crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon together.
    Cut in the butter light with a fork or pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly.
    Place the berries in the baking dish.
    Cover with the crumb mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 5 servings or 2 1/2 cups.
