1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. Splenda sugar substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a chilled bowl.
Beat into stiff peaks.
Frost cooled cake or cupcakes.
Makes 2 cups.
