List of Ingredients

1 teaspoon powdered gelatin
4 tablespoons hot water
2 sliced golden delicious apples
1/3 cup cottage cheese


Recipe

Stir gelatin into the water and dissolve. Set aside.
Place apples in a small saucepan with a little water.
Cook until the apples are a soft pulp. Let cool.
Place everything in a blender/food processor and
pulse to a smooth puree.
Let set and then use.
May be spread or piped on a cake.
Keeps well, covered, in the refrigerator. May be frozen.
