    SoupStew - Chicken Chili

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound cooked, shredded chicken breast
    1, 14 ounce can low salt stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1, 15 1/2ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    3/4 cup mild picante sauce
    2 softened, chopped chiles
    2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1 cup fresh or canned bean sprouts, drained and rinsed
    salt to taste

    Recipe

    Combine the chicken, tomatoes, pinto beans, picante sauce,
    chiles, onion flakes, crushed pepper and paprika together
    in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Reduce the heat, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add the parsley and bean sprouts.
    Season to taste with salt.
    Makes 4 servings.
