    Meat - Chicken Parmesan

    List of Ingredients

    1, 26 ounce can Hunts roasted onion + garlic spaghetti sauce
    1, 4 or 6 ounce can plain tomato sauce
    8 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
    1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9x13x2" baking pan with non stick cooking spray.
    Mix the spaghetti and tomato sauces together.
    Spread half of the sauce in the bottom of the baking pan.
    Lay chicken in the sauce.
    Pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce on top of the chicken.
    Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over top of the sauce.
    Then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella cheese.
    Cover and bake until bubbly and the cheese is lightly browned, approximately 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
