    SpreadTopping - Dried Tomato Spread

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup fat free cream cheese
    1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons fat free milk
    1/2 cup low fat sour cream
    1/2 cup sliced rehydrated sun dried tomatoes
    2 teaspoons minced chives
    1 teaspoon minced thyme
    2 teaspoons minced basil
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    In a blender/food processor, blend all ingredients together
    until smooth but thick.
    Serve with crackers or raw vegetables of choice.
    Makes 16 servings of 2 tablespoons.
