    PiePastry - Easy Peach Crumb Cobbler

    List of Ingredients

    2 c. fresh sliced peaches
    1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350. Need an 8x8x2" baking pan.
    Place the sliced peaches in the bottom of the baking pan.
    Combine the graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
    Gradually blend in the butter light to crumbly mixture.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture over the peaches.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 - 30 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
    Makes four 1/2 c. servings.
