    List of Ingredients

    24 low fat plain graham crackers
    2, 3 ounce packages sugar free instant vanilla pudding
    3 cups + 1 1/2 cups skim milk, separated
    1, 12 ounce tub fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1, 3 ounce package sugar free instant chocolate pudding

    Recipe

    Place 8 of the crackers in the bottom of 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
    Mix the vanilla pudding with the 3 cups milk.
    Let set for at least set 2 minutes.
    Carefully fold in the whipped topping.
    Spread 1/2 over top of the crackers in the baking pan.
    Top with another layer of 8 crackers.
    Pour the other 1/2 of the pudding/whip mixture over top of the crackers.
    Top with the last 8 crackers.
    Mix the chocolate pudding with the 1/1/2 cups milk.
    Let set for at least 2 minutes.
    Spread over the top layer of crackers.
    Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
    (This helps to soften up the crackers and finishes setting
    the puddings.)
    Makes 18 servings.

    Diabetic exchanges: 1 bread/starch, 1/4 milk
