    SpreadTopping - Fluffy Pudding Frosting

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. cold milk
    1 3oz. pkg. sugar free gelatin, any flavor
    1 8oz. container light frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 1/2 c.)
    24 plain sugar free cupcakes or 1 16 serving cake
    sugar free candy decorations, if desired

    Recipe

    Pour cold milk into bowl.
    Add the pudding mix and beat with a wire whisk about 2 minutes, until well blended.
    Gently stir whipped topping into pudding with a rubber spatula until mixture is all the same color.
    Place approximately spoonful of frosting on each cupcake and spread around with the back of the spoon.
    Sprinkle with candy decorations, if you wish.
    Chill cupcakes until ready to serve.
    Store any leftover cupcakes in the refrigerator.
    Frosts 24 cupcakes.
