List of Ingredients

1 1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 packets sugar substitute
2 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
4 c. fresh sliced peaches
1 unbaked pie crust


Recipe

Mix the apple juice, cornstarch, cinnamon and
sugar substitute together and set aside.
Melt the butter light in a large saucepan.
Add the juice mixture. Stir until thickens slightly.
Add the peaches and stir.
Pour into the crust and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
