Vegetable - Fried Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
butter flavor non stick cooking spray
4 medium green, or red, tomatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Coat a large frying pan with the cooking spray.
Dredger the tomato slices lightly with flour.
Heat frying pan over a medium heat until hot.
Place the coated tomatoes in the frying pan and cook
for 2 - 3 minutes on each side, until browned.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
