    PiePastry - Fruit Crisp

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups sliced apples
    1, 16 ounce juice packed cannned sliced peaches, undrained
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    3/4 level teaspoon cornstarch, (cornflour)
    2 tablespoons reduced-fat margarine

    Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
    Lightly coat a 9x9x2 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
    Mix the apples and peaches together in a medium bowl.
    Set aside.
    In another bowl, mix the oatmeal, flour, cinnamon, cornstarch,
    and margarine.
    Pour 1/2 of the dry mixture into the friuts and mix lightly.
    Pour into the baking pan.
    Sprinkle the other 1/2 over top of the fruit.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
