    Meat - Game Hens with Mustard Glaze

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped mango chutney
    1 tablespoon Dijon type mustard
    2, 1 1/4 pound each skinless game hens

    Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
    Coat a roasting pan with a rack, with cooking spray.
    Split the game hens in half. Set aside.
    Combine the chutney and mustard together.
    Spread the surface of each hen with the glaze, using
    approximately 1/2 of the glaze.
    Place the glazed halves, meat side up, on the rack.
    Bake until the game hens are tender, about 50 minutes.
    Brush often with the leftover glaze mixture and any
    drippings from the pan.
    Makes 4 servings.
