Meat - Herb Lamp Chops
4, 4 ounce lamb rib chops
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon dried leaf rosemary, crushed
pepper to taste
Preheat broiler.
Trim any fat from chops.
Mix garlic with rosemary and rub onto chops.
Season with pepper.
Broil chops 3 inches from heat source 4 to 5 minutes
on each side.
Lamb is best when served pink, but it can be served
well done.
