    PiePastry - Peach Cream Pie

    adapted from a recipe in my recipe box

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. Splenda sugar substitute
    3 tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp. melted butter
    2 beaten eggs
    4 c. fresh sliced peaches
    1 unbaked pie crust

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 450.
    Place the peaches in the pie crust.
    Blend the sugar substitute, flour, cinnamon and butter together and beat until smooth.
    Pour the mixture over the peaches.
    Bake for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 and cook for 30 minutes.
