    PiePastry - Apple Pie

    1, 6 ounce can frozen sugar free apple juice
    3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    4 cups sliced tart apples
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    2 tablespoons cold water
    1, 9 inch, unbaked pie crust,
    ...(or 2 for a double crust pie)
    1 1/2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light

    Heat the apple concentrate and cinnamon together.
    Add the apple slices and cook until partially tender.
    Remove the apple slices from the juice with a slotted spoon
    and set aside.
    Mix the cornstarch and cold water until smooth, then add to
    the juice mixture. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until
    thick. Carefully mix the apples and sauce. Let cool slightly
    Fill the pie crust and dot with the butter light.
    Place top crust on now, if desired and place a few slits in
    for venting. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 - 60 minutes or
    until the top crust is nicely browned
