    Snack - Pizza For One

    List of Ingredients

    1 English muffin, split in half
    4 tbsp. low-sodium (salt) tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. crushed dried basil
    1/4 tsp. crushed dried oregano
    4 tbsp. shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

    Recipe

    Preheat broiler.
    Place English muffins on a small baking sheet and spread each with half of tomato sauce.
    Sprinkle each with half of basil and oregano.
    Top each with half the cheese.
    Broil until cheese is brown and sauce is bubbly.
    Makes 2 servings.
