    PiePastry - Plum Tart

    List of Ingredients

    1, 7 - 7 1/2 ounce premade, refrigerated ready pie crust
    1 pound peeled and thinly sliced ripe plums, (about 4)
    1/2 cup egg substitute, or 2 large eggs
    1/3 cup sugar substitute
    1/4 cup fat free sour cream
    3 tablespoons flour

    Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    Press the crust into a 9 inch round tart pan with a removable
    bottom. Press the crust against fluted edge.
    Trim off any excess that goes over the top and discard.
    Bake the crust for 5 minutes only, until it is set but not brown.
    Let Cool on a rack.
    Place the plum slices overlapped, and cover the bottom of the
    tart shell.
    Using a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, sour cream,
    and flour until smooth.
    Pour the filling over the plums.
    (It should fill in the spaces between plums.)
    Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, until the custard is set and the edges
    are slightly browned. Let cool.
    Cut into 8 slices.
