PiePastry - Rhubarb Swirl Pie

List of Ingredients
4 c. diced rhubarb
1/4 c. water
1 3oz. pkg. sugar free red gelatin, (any flavor)
13oz. pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 8oz. container frozen whipped light topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust pressed into the bottom of an 11x7" pan
Recipe
Cook the rhubarb and water in a small saucepan until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the gelatin and stir until it is all dissolved. Set aside to let cool.
Combine the pudding mix and the milk together.
Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture and then spread on the top of the crust.
SWIRL the rhubarb mixture into the pudding mixture.
Chill.
