    Vegetable - Roasted Garlic Rosemary Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    2 or 3 scrubbed baking potatoes, (1 1/4 pounds)
    1 tablespoon Olive oil
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    Coat a shallow baking pan large enough to hold the
    wedges with cooking spray.
    Cut each of the potatoes into 4 wedges.
    Place the wedges into the pan.
    Combine the oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt together.
    Lightly brush the potatoes with the mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour, until tender and golden brown.
    Baste with flavored oil from pan every 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
