    Meat - Roasted Turkey with Salsa

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
    1 cup diced cucumber
    2 tablespoons sliced green onion
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon dry oregano
    1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1 pound sliced roasted turkey breast, hot or cold

    Recipe

    Combine the cucumber, onion, garlic, sugar, vinegar,
    oregano, cilantro, salt and pepper together.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Serve turkey hot or cold with salsa.
    Makes 4 servings, of 4 ounces meat, 2/3 cup salsa each.
