Meat - Rosemary Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
4 pork loin chops, 1/2" thick
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 chopped shallots
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 tsp. dried rosemary
Recipe
Trim any fat from the pork chops.
Use a large non stick frying pan and brown the pork chops on both sides.
Sprinkle with the pepper and add the shallots, sherry and rosemary.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the meat is tender.
Serve the pork chops with pan juices.
