non stick cooking spray
water
1 large diced onion
4 tbsp. paprika
3 sliced carrots
8 medium diced potatoes
1 28oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. sliced Polish sausage, (2 links)
Recipe
Coat a frying pan with the non stick cooking spray.
Mix the onion and paprika together. Then saute until tender.
Add the carrots.
Cover with water and cook until almost tender.
Add the potatoes and a little more water and cook until the potatoes are tender.
Last, add the tomato sauce and sausage.
Simmer on a medium heat for 30 minutes.
