    SoupStew - Smoked Turkey Gnocchi Chowder

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup low salt, fat free chicken broth
    1, 15 ounce can low salt crushed tomatoes, undrained
    10 ounces smoked turkey meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    1, 12 ounce package frozen gnocchi
    1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
    2 cups fresh or frozen cauliflower florets
    1/2 cup freshly chopped basil
    1/4 cup shredded Provolone cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Combine broth, tomatoes, turkey, gnocchi, and poultry seasoning in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and then
    cover and simmer for 5 minutes.Stir in broccoli and cauliflower. Simmer until desired tenderness is reached. Add basil and cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 6 servings.
