    Pasta - Sun Dried Ravioli

    List of Ingredients

    1 9 ounces pkg. fresh sun dried tomato ravioli
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tbsp. Olive oil
    3/4 c. canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 large tomato, cubed
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Cook ravioli according to package directions.
    Saute onion and garlic in the oil in a large frying pan
    until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in beans, tomato, and thyme.
    Cook 2 - 3 minutes longer.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 servings.
