    Sandwich - Turkey Melt Sandwich

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 of an 8oz. pkg. softened, fat free cream cheese
    1/4 c. shredded smoked Gouda, or Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts, optional
    8 slices whole wheat bread
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced turkey breast
    1/2 thinly sliced medium onion
    1/4 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. fat free shredded Cheddar cheese
    butter flavor cooking spray

    Recipe

    Mix the cream cheese, Gouda cheese, and walnuts together.
    Spread on 4 slices of the bread.
    Place 1/4 of the turkey and onion slices on the 4 slices of bread.
    Top the 4 slices with the cranberry sauce, Cheddar cheese, and
    the remaining 4 bread slices.
    Coat a large skillet with the spray and heat over a medium heat until hot.
    Cook the sandwiches until they are browned on the bottom, about 5 minutes.
    Spray the tops of the sandwiches with the spray.
    Flip and cook until browned on the other side, about 5 minutes.
    Cut in half to serve. Makes 4 servings.
