    Vegetable - Pepper + Green Beans with Sesame Seeds

    1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and
    ...blanched for 2 minutes, cooled
    1 medium red bell pepper, ,
    ...thinly sliced or cut in 1/4 inch strips
    2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    If the green beans are still hot, plunge into cold water
    to stop the cooking process and drain.
    Put the beans in a medium serving bowl.
    Add the pepper and toss.
    Sprinkle the soy sauce, sesame seeds and oil and toss
    once again.
    Makes 4 servings.
