List of Ingredients
1 small shredded zucchini
1 small shredded yellow squash
2 shredded carrots
1 small thinly sliced onion
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. I can't believe its not butter light
Recipe
Combine zucchini, squash, carrots, onion and water in a frying pan.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the butter light.
Saute, uncovered, until all the moisture is gone. Serve hot.
