    Artichoke + Spinach Dip, warm

    1 pkg Cream Cheese, room temperature
    1 can 14oz Artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
    1/2 C Spinach frozen, thawed and drained
    1/4 C Mayonnaise (do not use Miracle Whip)
    1/4 C Parmesan cheese
    1/4 C (60ml) Romano cheese
    1 clove Garlic, finely minced
    1 T Basil Fresh (1/2 T Basil if dry)
    1/4 C Grated Mozzarella Cheese
    1/4 tsp Garlic salt
    salt & pepper To Taste

    Mix the cream cheese together with mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano cheese,
    garlic, basil, and
    garlic salt. Mix well.
    Add the artichoke hears and spinach (careful to drain this well)
    and mix until blended.
    Store in a container until you are ready to use. Spray pie
    pan with Pam, pour in dip, and top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350F (180C) for 25 minutes or until the top is browned.
    Serve hot with toasted bread like Tuscan or French Bread
