Bacon + Tomato Spread

List of Ingredients




1 8oz. pkg, softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
garlic salt to taste
1 tomato, peeled + chopped
6 to 8 slices bacon

Recipe



Cook bacon until crispy. Drain well and crumble. Set aside.
Blend cream cheese and salad dressing until smooth.
Add garlic salt and tomatoes.
Add bacon to cream cheese mixture when ready to serve.
Serve as a spread with little bread slices or if you want
to use it as a dip, thin with a little milk if necessary.
