    French Bread Dip

    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 pkgs. Thin-sliced ham - chopped
    1 8-oz jar of parmesan cheese
    1 can green chilies - chopped (optional)
    1 loaf French bread

    Cut off the top of the French bread and hollow out the bread.
    Mix all the rest of the ingredients except save half of the parmesan
    cheese for top. Pour mixture into bread and top with remaining
    parmesan cheese.
    Wrap in foil leaving the top uncovered. Bake for 1 hour at 325
    degrees. Serve with chips.
