List of Ingredients




1 8oz. can refried beans, any brand
1 packet dry ranch dressing
1 8oz. container of sour cream
2 c. shredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
1 - 1 1/2 c. of diced tomato
1 med. finely diced onion
1 c. chopped lettuce
1 4oz. can of sliced black olives

Recipe



Heat refried beans until warm and spreadable.
Spread in a 8" pie or cake pan.
Mix the sour cream and ranch dressing until combined. Spread this mixture over the refried beans.
Sprinkle cheese over this mixture until it is covered.
Layer the tomato, onion and lettuce any way you like.
Garnish with black olives.

May substitute any of the vegetables for anything you like or eliminate anything you do not like.
Great with nachos to dip into it.
